The passenger of this vehicle was walking with a cane, in obvious pain. A temporary disabled parking placard was hung to make it clear that this was someone who had mobility issues.
Because they were blocking for so long, with no way to know how much longer they would do so, this person was forced to take the bus to work, causing increased pain that lasted for days.
This member was repeatedly told they "might" let her by, if she stopped recording them. She refused, and was targeted as a result.
